Well... if he's going to heap praise on the 1993 tax increases, he should also mention that WJC ran as far away from that bill as he possibly could after the 1994 elections... or doesn't anyone remember the famous quote:
"Probably there are people in this room still mad at me at that budget because you think I raised your taxes too much. It might surprise you to know that I think I raised them too much, too."
